All products sold on the website, in addition to the manufacturer's packaging, are shipped in exclusive boxes or envelopes and are carefully packed to ensure product quality and prevent damage.
IMPORTANT!: Before accepting the delivery, check if the package has been tampered with. If it has, DO NOT accept it and contact Odé Express’s customer service. If you only notice that the package was tampered with after receiving it, please contact us within 48 hours.
VERY IMPORTANT! When delivery is carried out by Correios (the Brazilian Post Office) to addresses with difficult or risky access, your order may be redirected for pick-up at the nearest post office to the recipient's ZIP code. The shipping charge, if paid at the time of purchase, will remain valid regardless of whether the delivery is made to the indicated address or to a postal agency.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
To track your order delivery on our website, click “Log In” and then go to “My Orders.”
We will also send an email with the tracking code for each shipment.
VERY IMPORTANT! Up to 3 delivery attempts will be made. If the recipient or someone responsible is absent to receive the product, it will be returned to the sender. We do not ship overseas and do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

WHY IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR SOME ORDERS LONGER?
Some products have longer delivery times because they are personalized.
These products are made to order upon approval and confirmation of the purchase. Production times can range from 15 to 25 days, depending on the number of items.
